What Taleo release allows for Self Identification of Disability specifically using the form CC-305?

    Hi Raquel, it was made available in 14A but back ported to later versions of 13C.  So, it's been available since early 2014.

    Thank you can you tell me how we enable this within the Taleo tool itself.  We are on the 14B version.

    Hi Raquel,

    There are about four high level steps:

    - Edit the existing disability question and answers in your EEO version to match the language used in form CC-305

    - Create two new candidate UDFs; one for the 'Your Name' field and another for 'Today's Date'.

    - Bind the fields to the draft version of the disability form

    - Update your diversity block to include a separate page for the disability form (it can't be part of the same page as the other EEO questions)

    The Career Section Configuration Guide has detailed instructions that should be able to walk you through the process.
