Updating the Candidate to Employee Conversion

Hello,

We are currently having to manually re-type the new employee's information in the Candidate to Employee Conversion screen. Is there a way to have these pre-populate? 

I've looked in the setting for the Candidate to Employee Conversion and see the mapping, but not sure why it's not mapping over.
