User selector / drop down in offer tool

Is there a way to add a user selector / drop down in the offer tool in TEE? Similar to the hiring manager / recruiter selector

We have a need to add an additional field to the offer creation screen that would allow our recruiters to select a "buddy" for our new hires. Ideally this would be a user selector similar to the hiring manager selector field when creating a requisition. Is this possible?
