To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

For those of you that need to be OFCCP compliant, as it relates to the job posting being distributed to the state agency or state board:
We have general pipeline postings that we have posted for extended periods of time up to a year at time and use Direct Employers to help distribute our jobs to the local state workforce agencies, however there are some states that will only allow for the posting to be up for 10 days even if the position is still posted. If you have that same situation, how have you handled the postings that are posting for a greater period of time and need to have them posted to the state site?
