Is there a way to indicate while looking at an actual job submission that an attachment is included?

Is there a way to indicate while looking at an actual job submission that an attachment is included?  My Recruiters are wanting to know if this is possible.  I know that on the candidate list, a paper clip is shown next to the candidate's name if an attachment is present.  However, many of the Recruiters work their list simply by using the arrows from within a submission.  Any insight into prior solutions for this type inquiry would be greatly appreciated.
