Hi All,

i have a requisition which i need to post our internal and external career portal.i had different job Description & Qualification for both the Career portal let say for External might i can ask 5 year experience and for internal 3 year experience only.since we have only one field job description i do not know how to handle this.i tried with custom Text area field but the issue is formatting.i am not able to make bold bullet etc so it is not solving my issue.i am just wondering how others are handling this situation. although we can create separate requisition for internal
