Adoption of pre-screening questions within talent acquisition teams
SummaryHow have other companies encouraged adoption of the PSQ functionality in their Taleo processes?
We are really keen to increase the adoption of using ACE PSQ's within our reqs to aid recruiters in their screening. I am keen to understand how other companies may have approached this as we seem to be facing challenges in terms of recruiter understanding of the functionality and in turn, their ability to use it effectively. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions of how to approach this?
