Is it possible to add "Tentative" start date indicator to report

We want to run a report that includes whether or not a candidate's start date is tentative so that our recruiters can keep track of which of their candidate's have been cleared and finalized to start but I cannot figure out how to add the "Tentative" indicator to a report. Does anyone have experience doing this?
