I'm trying to understand if we can have a content page with multiple paragraphs with PDF document links between paragraphs.  For example, we have multiple state documents that we would like the new hire to view.   We can't contextualize by requisition location for business reasons.  So, we were thinking we could have a single content page with a paragraph for State A followed by links to State A's relevant PDF documents.  Then we would have a paragraph for State B followed by links to State B's relevant PDF documents.  I've been told this isn't possible but thought I'd see
