As you evaluate and implement the new mobile-friendly Career Center to replace your legacy Career Websites, you may be wondering how to recreate or re-work your job application fields for this new portal.  Job application page layouts intentionally do not carry over automatically from the legacy Careers Website, meaning this is a great time to look at the questions you are asking and define (and refine) what is truly required so that you can fully leverage the engaging new look and feel of the candidate's experience.  If you are new to editing page layouts, or just new to editing the application forms
