Resending Correspondence

Hi!

In 14B the option to resend correspondence was removed in the following situations:

 

Resend action will not be available for correspondences generated for the following actions:

• Share
• Extend Offer
• Send Offer
• Request Screening Service
• Schedule an Interview
• Update the Interview

In these cases the user needs to take the appropriate actions manually that will then trigger the generation of a new correspondence since the messages that were sent previously cannot be sent as is from the History.

Note a correspondence sent after a Screening service is requested by the candidate himself will show the Resend button. The restriction only happens if the Request Screening Service action is triggered manually by a user in the Recruiting Center.
