Resume Upload, Attachments, and Summary issues

Hello,

We are configuring the mobile candidate workflow in our staging zone (15A.9).  We are having issues with getting the branding file to render the Attachments and Summary pages correctly.  We've successfully rendered the other pages of the application workflow, but for some reason these two won't fit to one page on a typical iPhone.

We tried to remedy the issue on the Attachments page by enabling the Resume Upload (and then disable the Attachments page), but despite making recommended changes to the branding file code to display the resume block, we can't get it to appear.  So while this page renders properly on mobile, the "Select the resume file to upload" radio button doesn't appear, and the "Choose File" button is not displayed.  The code changes I'm referencing are below.
