Run report on OBIEE on specific user\permissions

Hello,

Is someone familiar with a way to run specific analysis in OBIEE catalog without consider the permissions of the user?
I explain:
​we have users the should see only specific population. but there are some reports (with only personal information for example) that the user should see all the data and not only specific persons.
