Advice and Lessons Learned on rolling out mobile career sections

We are in the process of creating and rolling out mobile career sections and would like any advice or lessons learned from other companies that have implemented this process. 

Ideally, we want to be able to use the mobile process for all areas of our application.  The initial application, second pass.  We wanted to use it for Transitions as well.  And confirmed that as a candidate you can access it.  But Oracle does not support the use of Transitions on the mobile career section.  

We have taken a look at other companies and how they are using mobile sites and Target was one that stood out to us.
