15A Upgrade - Change to Posting Default Times?

Summary

Did the 15A upgrade impact anyone elses AM/PM posting designation?

We upgraded to 15A last Friday and had noticed that since then postings are showing end dates as of 11:59 AM instead of PM.  Did anyone else run into this?
