Mobile: Work Experience blocks, Resume Attachment or Both?

Looking for best practice to streamline app flow for mobile - are you including work experience blocks, attachment block or both?

Hello, we are partnering with Punchkick to mobile optimize our internal and external career sites. 

We have applicants globally and currently have the work experience AND resume attachment blocks turned on and both are required to complete in our app flow. 

We are trying to decide if we have to make attachment block optional once we push mobile.  If we make it optional, we worry many applicants will just bypass and not attach resume.  Any experience, thoughts?
