Field not available in all languages supported by career section?

I can't make a field available for the career section because of an error message about not being available in all supported languages.

I'm trying to add a field as a column in a career section and went to make it available in the Career Section.  When I went to save I received an error that it can't be made available for the career section because it isn't available in all languages supported by the career section.  We are currently only in English. 

Any ideas on how I can figure this one out.  I've checked the Career Section settings and I don't see anything regarding different languages.
