Internal Profiles Disabled / Cannot Be Updated after Email Change in HRIS

Hi.  We recently changed some internal users’ email addresses to match current email address convention.  This caused a problem with internal candidate profiles.  TCC will not change email address (it is also our default username for internal candidates), and on top of that, it disabled the affected users’ internal profiles.  We are about to go live with an internal career section, and a number of our employees do not have internal profiles.  We tried marking the candidate as internal, changing the email address, and then re-importing, but TCC gave an error saying that this email address already exists (and it
