In my company we use pipeline requisitions to source for candidates. We are not using the actual pipeline requisition type offered in the system, but rather use the hourly requisition type with a modified CSW that does not include an offer or hire step (we call this our “pipeline req”).  When a candidate is selected for hire, we match the candidate from the “pipeline” requisition to a “hiring” requisition with a CSW that contains the RSOffer and Hire steps.  The “hiring” requisition CSW begins at the “Offer – Offer to be Made” step/status and when we match the candidate from
