Our current mobile JSA isn't working and I didn't set it up.  This post is going to make me sound really stupid but I'm tossing my pride aside because I need help.  I haven't worked with a JSA like this before and I can't find where in the world the part of the JSA is where the additional blocks are after the notification goes out for more information. 

So I'm trying to create a new JSA but they still want this feature that I can't create because I can't find it.  I've read the config manual many times and checked everywhere I can think of.
