Ability to report on presence of worker picture

Is there a field available in an OTBI subject area to determine if an employee has a picture uploaded?

Have a requirement to determine who has/doesn't have a picture in our instance. I've found a few Oracle notes which led me to build a BIP SQL query (data model) and associated report but was wondering if a field was available in an OTBI subject area to report on if a person had a picture file uploaded or not. Trying to utilize seeded subject reporting over custom BIP reports. Perhaps this is an enhancement request?
