Career Center URL for Candidates Tab: Creating Email Templates

Hi Oracle Community,
My HR Assistant has been updating the Email Templates under the Candidates tab in Recruit. We noticed there is not an option under the Merge fields for the Career Center URL, all we see is the old link to the Careers Website. Any idea where we can activate this to allow for the merge field? We are only using the new Careers Center to post our jobs now.
