We currently have a two step application process that everyone goes through for all positions. We are currently using just one CSW and only using Professional Reqs. We have a subgroup that wants to use a completely different application, not the same application process as our other groups/companies. Thus when a candidate clicks on their job posting (unique by Org) they want their candidates to apply using the new/unique application. What is the recommended approach to accomplish this?  How do you tie a different application to a specific requisition/job posting?  We are going to use this condensed application for high
