Hello -
We have a 2 separate assignments that are required to be taken yearly. The assignments are separated by quarter (e.g. 1 is Q1/Q3 and the other is Q2/Q4). We have identified that when an employee is submitting 1 assignment to be approved by their supervisor they are also sending the 2nd assignment and the supervisor is approving both. While the supervisor should be reviewing and only approving the correct assignment, where we are having issues is once the "incorrect" assignment is approved/completed, we can not reset the assignment back to incomplete since the approval already went through.
