Hi -

We are looking to see what options users have utilized within Oracle HCM for tracking disciplinary warnings.  We are on Release 11 and have the Disciplinary Warning field visible under Person Management.  The issues we are facing are:

1) Can you add a start and end date to the warning?

2) Security around what roles the warning is visible to?

3) Is there a subject area that we can utilize in BI to create reports showing which employees are on warning and what the effective dates of the warning are?
