Automated Background Check package selection for Internal Hires

We're looking to re-implement our integration to fully automate the background check ordering process.  We're looking for solutions to help our vendor (Accurate) automatically detect which package to run without prompting the order placer to select the package.

We know that we can assign the package to the requisition using a user-defined selection list that we pass on the interface.  And we can utilize the OLF values for the vendor to determine which package to run for our external hires.

However, if we're hiring an internal employee into an open role, we don't run the full package. Instead, we run a criminal only package if the person we're hiring already works for us regardless of OLF values.
