Hi. Has anyone had to provide Arabic translation in a correspondence, for example, offer letter?  Because of the text direction, I am having all kinds of trouble, despite  the <p dir="RTL"> HTML tag.  I can't insert variables without scrambling the word order, not even in the source.  We do not have multiple languages enabled in our portal.  Anybody else with this experience and if so, any advice?  Thank you.  Ilona
