We went live on Fusion HCM using the File Based Loader (FBL) as our integration method for co-existence with or eBusiness Suite R12.1.3 HCM system.   I know that HDL is the new tool for integration, but upgrading to HDL means a total rewrite of our HCM extract programs.  Are there any documents that would list the benefits of upgrading from FBL to HDL?   This kind of information would help build the case for spending the money on the upgrade process.
