Candidate's selecting their preferred locale

Is there anyway that candidates can select their preferred locale (timezone)? We have jobs where we are getting candidates from overseas. When we want to schedule interviews for them, they receive the times of the interview in the incorrect timezone.

I know we can add the 'preferred locale' field to the candidate profile, but it would be ideal if we could allow candidates to select their preference through the career centre.

Any suggestions?
