Supervisor Name - Direct Manager

Looking for a standard field (Supervisor Name) where I could maintain the list of all employees

Dears,

 

Has anyone came across a requirement where the client is looking for a supervisor fields to maintain the candidate's direct manager (reporting to him/her)

Obviously, I know that we could create a UDF and then maintain a custom selection list tied to that UDF.

However, what I am looking for is a standard field linked automatically to the list of all users defined previously at smartorg > Account
