Auto email of new Referral Jobs to employees

How can we send an automated email to all employees on a job posted on Referral Career Section

Hi

There has been always a requirement from users on how to automatically send any new jobs posted on a referral career section notification to ALL the employees

RSS feature will not drop an email in my Outlook.  I am looking that once a recruiter posts a job on a Referral Career section, the employees get notified so that they can refer their friends and families.

Any clues will be very helpful.
