Hi,

We are in going to start our CORE HR Fusion implementation soon.  Today in EBS we have customization using which we manage compensation mix for a specific job/grade based on country. We also have a scenario where employees in a specific country in similar job may have a different compensation mix. We manage this at employee level.

 

is anyone using the similar process or is managing the compensation mix differently, Please share your experience/suggestion.
