Hi,

We are starting our core HR implementation soon. Today in EBS we manage the compensation mixes(Bonus/Sales incentive %) at employee level. when a manager promotes an employee, the compensation mixes(Bonus/Sales incentive %) also gets reflected in the transaction page based on the new grade.  When transaction gets approved the comp mixes also gets updated at employee level(stored in DFF) today.

 

can you please share if anyone is managing the compensation mix at employee level and how those values are getting updated/synced to reflect new values  whenever there is a promotion/job title change/Transfer or any other change associated job/grade  during manager transaction?
