Requisition Recruiter Field as Report Parameter

Good Morning!

We are just starting to bring the Requisition Recruiter and Requisition Hiring Manager fields in to our environment (we previously used Custom fields).  I'm working on updating our reports to reflect these new fields.    I'd like to use the Requisition Recruiter field as a parameter in one of the daily reports we produce.  However it seems that this selection is grayed out and we cannot use.  Anyone have any insight in to this?
