We have an Employee Referral portal set up, and our process and ER policy requires employees to utilize the portal to refer colleagues. We report monthly on the referrals that are due for payment. Our issue is that we consistently receive referrals outside the system (employee shares a resume with a Hiring Manager who wants to hire the candidate, and recruiter manually creates profile, or candidate applies directly).
