Hello!  

I have a client with a need to include the competency description field IN the performance review page layout.  (See attachment).

I could swear that this was possible in the past, but I might be confusing this with the description field within the three competency sections on the review template.  (this won't work, as it is critical for them to have a detailed description for each competency - they only want one sub-factor.)  Given that this is a simple text area field, when I try to include some creative spacing, it all ends up bunched together.
