Report on Reqs/Candidates by Career SIte

We need to create a new careers site to "hire" all of the employees we are acquiring in an acquisition.  I am going to create a careers site for them to gather the information we need to onboard them and upload them into PeopleSoft.  I looked through the criteria in Admin and Recruiting (Legacy) to try to identify these hires in a report and was not successful.  I will have a different source for them but there is no guarantee another external candidate will not choose this source by mistake.  Any suggestions on how I can build a report to
