Can eSignatures be used for other than the candidates

Trying ro get esignatues from HR/ Finance employees on a form.

We have a couple of forms that requires HR/Finance signature on a form as well as the candidate signature. We would like to know if the eSignatures can only be used for the Candidate or can we have other Assignees that can eSign. Has anyone configured the CA Wage form in the system - as this requires the HR signature as well as  the candidate. If you have, can you please elaborate how you took care of it.
