Ability to hide HR hires information from recruiters or other HR users within TEE

Is it possible to hire a HR candidates / new hire information (ie compensation, age, etc) from other recruiters or HR users?

In Taleo Enterprise ('TEE'), is there a function to hide HR candidates and HR new hires from other HR users, not assigned to the requisition or onboarding process?  This is for confidentiality reasons such as preventing other recruiters from seeing each other's salaries or other HR or executive salaries deemed confidential.
