Onboarding Transitions - Processes for Internal Moves vs External Hires

Hi there

Does anybody currently use Onboarding (Transitions) for both internal moves in addition to external hires? How are you able to create/differentiate between new hire processes between the two (i.e. external hires need to provide additional information, have a computer ordered, and office space confirmed vs an internal move that needs only office space confirmed).
