How do I link the check date from effective_date in pay_payroll_actions to pay begin and pay end dates (effective_start_date and effective_end_date) which are used in element entry tables (pay_element_entries_f)? I want to find specific incentive elements entered via the PBL with the pay begin and pay end dates with the use of the check date as the parameter.
