Offer Email "FROM" address

Why is the "From" different on the Offer emails from the System emails?

Navigating to "Administration: System & Email Settings", our system is set up to have our company @invalid.com email show as the sender address. However, when the candidate receives an offer email from us, it still shows "donotreply@invalidemail.com. Any idea why or how to change it to what we have as our sender address in Administration: System & Email Settings?
