We have recently implemented Taleo TEE and Social Sourcing. We have found that when candidates are searching for Jobs in by using Locations - the result are in consistent. We have logged SRs and Oracle Support Says that our OLF structure is causing the trouble as we have SOLR and GeoSearch Enabled. Now we wanted to use manual PickLists so that we can manually maintain work locations and job posting locations. But we are unable to attach the manual pick list to the locations search in Social Sourcing.
