Looking for Tips on Multi-Rater Feedback Process
..We are still new to such a structured Performance Review process, including the activities of Multi-raters as a system engagement rather than a free form reply..
With that, it is seeming that our Multi-raters are able to submit their "feedback" without making scoring designations or inputting any comments..
Is that really so?..
Is there a way to require at least a score if not the comment?..
