Hi All,

Does anybody find the Guided Resolution helpful when opening an SR?  I honestly don't.  I find it more frustrating when I go through many questions and almost always none of the response fit into my issue.  Since this can't be turned off, I need to do this every time.  Some of the guides are short, specifically for TSS.  I'm just curious if others find this useful or not.
