How to get one of the assignment attributes onto the worksheet

If we store STI percentages in one of the assignment attributes, how to use it in compensation plans for caluculation bonus

Hi -

Workers in this company have a fixed bonus percentage called STI. What is the best way to capture this percentage against each worker so that this can be used in the compensation worksheets to calculate bonus amounts.

For e.g, worker A has an STI of 30% which means that this would be his max bonus amount (30% of his eligible salary).

The idea is to store it on Core HCM (in assignment attributes) and use it on the compensation worksheets for calculations. Open to suggestions on how to capture this information keeping in mind that we don't want to store it exclusively with Compensation as in the numeric columns on the worksheets (to avoid entering it by the managers).
