We are in process of implementing Mobile career section and gathering requirments

We would like to know how other Financial companies are implementing Taleo Mobile pages while being compliant with OFCCP rules, if we use condensed version of application flow for Mobile so it is easy for candidates and compared to full version of application flow on a desktop, how will this impact the candidate experience where some candidates need to fill in full lengthy application compared to shorter version on Mobile.

We want to understand how other Financial companies are setting up this workflow?
