HELP! How do we reject an onboarding form? How do we print to review before eSigning?

We recently implemented Taleo Onboard and our implementation consultant told us that if we setup dual eSignatures we would be able to "return" incomplete forms back to employees to finish before the TBE user signed the form. We are not sure how to actually do this??? The only thing we can find right now is to delete the form and make the new hire start over.

Also, if we have to delete and start over, my onboarding admin would like to print a copy of the form to reference when sending and email to the new hire. We can't find a printable view for the user completed portion of the form either?? This seems very clunky. Our onboard admin had to screen snip portions of the form into a Word Document.
