Address Validation b/w Taleo & Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion)

We are currently live on Taleo and going live with Fusion in May, 2017.  One of the issues we are facing is how to handle the lack of address validation in Taleo.  Although Taleo is being marketed as the Recruiting module of Fusion, they are still two very separate systems which creates some challenges.

Is anyone live on Taleo AND Fusion?  How are you handling address validation?  Or if you are using Taleo and another system with stringent address validation needs, how are you meeting those?
