How do you handle the lack of address validation in your ATS?

We are currently live on Taleo and going live with Core HR (HCM Cloud) in May, 2017.  One of the issues we are facing is how to handle the lack of address validation in Taleo.  Although Taleo is being marketed as the Recruiting module of HCM Cloud, they are still two very separate systems which creates some challenges.

Is anyone live on Taleo AND HCM Cloud?  How are you handling address validation?  Or if you are using another ATS that lacks address validation, how are you handling that within HCM Cloud?
